• Suitable for manufacturing 100mm X 120mm PE sheet, other size available at optional.
• Insert the spacer mold type assembly.
• Hydraulic jack of 20 tons to compress the mold & able to develop pressure up to 150 kg/cm2.
• Three plate mould system provided for heating & cooling cycle.
• High efficient cartridge heaters are equipped in both heater plates.
• Cooling plates are also designed with zigzag cooling lines
• Heat insulator inserted between heating & cooling plate.
• Compact equipment for making test sample of PE sheet.
